Our office telephones are answered twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.  During business hours, our office staff answers incoming calls.

8:30 a.m.--4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday

8:30 a.m.--1:00 p.m. Friday

Emergency calls placed after business hours will be answered promptly by our answering service.  Your call will be returned by Dr. Biggerstaff or another on-call physician.  In the rare event of a telephone failure, we ask that you proceed to the nearest Emergency Room.  Non-emergency call are best placed during regular business hours.

To help ensure accurate and proper treatment, we refrain from making a "telephone diagnosis" or from phoning in prescriptions for conditions for which you are not currently undergoing tretment.  If you need a prescription for a noon-refillable medication for a current condition, please contact us during business hours.
